The article examines modern approaches to providing services to children with special needs, analyzes pedagogical and medical aspects of rehabilitation of children with speech disorders. The main directions of cooperation of doctors-orthodontists and speech therapists within the activity of Inclusive-Resource Centers are presented in view of their innovativeness for Ukraine. The purpose of the study was the analysis of theoretical aspects of the impact of dental jaw pathology on disorders of speech of the child and determination of common approaches to the organization of its complex support by speech therapists and orthodontists in the conditions of the Inclusive Resource Center. Material and methods: the methods of theoretical analysis of literary sources and normative documents were used, as well as generalization of practical experience gained during the manufacturing practice at the O. O. Bogomolets Dental Center of the NMU. Results and discussion. The analysis of the medical, psychological and pedagogical literature indicated the urgency of the problem of rehabilitation of children with speech disorders, the availability of data on the negative impact of tooth-jaw anomalies and deformities on the development of speech, in particular the sonorous child leading to psychological problems, difficulties in adaptation. Therefore, particular attention should be paid to the early detection, diagnosis and comprehensive support of a child with speech disorders by speech therapists and orthodontists, organized on the basis of professional collaboration. Conclusions. The activity of the Inclusive Resource Centers necessitates the solution of theoretical and organizational issues regarding the realization of the basic functions and directions of work, preparation of specialists for team work. The essential aspects of cooperation between the speech therapist (psychologist) and the orthodontist at each of the stages of rehabilitation are identified: detection, diagnosis, treatment, prevention. First of all, it takes into account the coordination of specialists, ordering and certain combining (integration) of their services and active involvement of parents.
