Fight with Noncommunicable Diseases: Clinical Assessment of Healthy Lifestyle as Conventional Index of Professional Doctor’s Correspondence and Psychophysical Development of his Individuality

Abstract

The article contained results of educational and diagnostic strategy “A doctor in fight with noncommunicable diseases” in 2016-2017. The purpose of work was to estimate assessment of level of formation of healthy lifestyle, detection of risk factors of noninfectious diseases of doctors-interns to estimate the real situation of a perspective and level of their vocational training concerning bases of a healthy lifestyle with possible subsequent of correction and the pedagogical analysis. Methods and materials. Interview «Formation components of healthy lifestyle», body anthropometry and Monitor of the Body Composition BF 500 (HBF-500-E, Omron, Japan) were used in the study. Results. After the study the high level of formation of a healthy way of life at 30% of doctors-interns was found. 70% of doctors-interns had the average level. Low level wasn’t found at anybody. It confirmed that the level of professionally compliance is satisfactory. Results of bad following of the principles of a healthy way of life at 30% of doctors of interns were established. By results of a bioimpedansometry 30% of people had a raised index of body weight. At 30,6 % of doctors a preobesity and obesity was taped. At 6,8 % of their a visceral obesity was taped. The dangerous fact is established, that at 93% of respondents have small muscle bulk. All these doctors aren't healthy any more. Gender differences weren't established. Men and women have been equally badly trained: 91,7% and 97,5% respectively. At 78% of respondents take low alcohol alcoholic beverages regularly. At 88% of doctors-interns regularly eat modern sweets. 14% of respondents smoke constantly. Only 20% of respondents do morning exercises. It was predictors of risk factors of developing of noncommunicable diseases. These established data deserve on great attention. Conclusions. Received materials demonstrate inadequacy and misunderstanding by future doctors of importance to adhere to the principles of a healthy way of life. It is necessary to draw the attention of future doctors to a neobodimost of maintaining a Healthy lifestyle. Prospects for further investigation. The data reflects the stage of the evolutionary process of personal growth in future doctors. It will help to achieve goals “Global action plan for the prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases 2013-2020”.
