Abstract

Xenobiotics are known as ethoxylated phenol derivatives which have surfactant properties and adversely affect the structure and function by changes in biochemical reactions in the body. The purpose of this study was the morphological characteristics of liver, kidneys, spleen, adrenal, lung, small intestine, stomach, pancreas, heart rats under toxic load phenol derivatives with various doses for a prolonged experiment. Material and methods. Tissues were fixed in neutral formalin, dehydrated in alcohol and embedded in paraffin. Staining of sections with hematoxylin and eosin staining was performed according to standard procedures. Histological examination of the organs were frozen in liquid nitrogen at a temperature of -196°C, 10 nm thick sections were prepared in a cryostat at -18°C. In these sections cytophotometric study determined dehydrogenase by tetrazolium salts. Results and discussion. Introduction of rats’ derivatives of phenols in the active doses of DL50 caused pathological changes in liver morphology, kidney, spleen and adrenal glands. The key is to expand the spaces prikapillyarnyh liver, kidney glomeruli strain, sprain lymphoid follicles of the spleen and adrenal enlargement sinusoidal capillaries. Histological enzimes activity increased histochemically in the liver, kidneys, adrenal glands, spleen xenobiotics or led to a redistribution of activity in the structural units of the organ. Conclusions. Phenol derivatives prolonged intoxication is critical for the development of structural integrity violations in liver, kidneys, spleen, adrenal glands and their subsequent dysfunction.
