Abstract

The mastery of logical science by future specialists will make it possible to consciously construct areas of reasoning, to avoid diagnostic errors, to improve the methodology of diagnosis. Due to medical logic, it is possible to implement an algorithm for diagnostic search in which laboratory methods of research occupy one of the crucial roles. Therefore, it is expedient to pay attention to the study of the logic of medical thinking and the preparation of laboratory doctors. The purpose of the study was to conduct expert evaluation and analysis of the use of medical logic in the implementation of diploma work, taking into account the compliance of laboratory tests of pathogenesis of diseases and create a functional model for writing these robots. Materials and methods. An expert evaluation of 23 diploma papers from the special 224 "Technologies of medical diagnostics and treatment" conducted. A ball system for the evaluation of thesis robots developed, taking into account compliance with the laws of logic in accordance with the pathogenesis of diseases. 1 point – lack of use of the laws of logic; 2 points – the use of the law of identity; 3 – a law of sufficient substantiality; 4 – identity and reasonableness; 5 – identity, reasonableness and consistency. Statistical processing performed in the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet editor. Results. In 52.17% (n=12) works, the approach to diagnostics is used from the standpoint of the laws of identity and validity. The laws of the logic of identity, validity and consistency are reflected in 26.08% (n = 6). One law of logic - with sufficient justification – is 21.73% (n = 5). According to the results of the State Examination Commission, 78.26% of works received a maximum score of 90-100, which indicates a rational approach to writing master's works using a functional model. Conclusion: In 52.17% (n = 12) works, an approach to diagnosis from the standpoint of the laws of identity and validity with the comparison of laboratory tests with the initial and final stages of pathogenesis is used. According to the results of the State Examination Commission – 78,26% (p <0,05) of works received a maximum score of 90-100, which can be a proof of a rational approach to writing master's works using the developed and proposed functional model of the use of medical logic in clinical laboratory studies of diseases.
