Features of Structure of Programs of Training Occupations of Young Bodybuilders at a Stage of Initial Preparation

Abstract

The article reflects the results of experimental researches regarding the features of the training sessions using by young bodybilders in the phase of primary training, various ways of the performance combination of the training work. It is found that 33.9% of participants use the conventional value of the training work indicators in the training process that contributes not completely the differential loading of the backward in the development muscles groups and promotes fast adaptation to the routine of muscle work that is true to form in particular in the phase of primary training. The goal of the experiment was to detect the deviations of the training work indicators of existing generally accepted programs using by the beginner bodybuilders. In researches were participated 200 beginner athletes at the age of 20-21 years who have actually been engaging in bodybuilding for 2 years. Using the method of questionnaire during the research process were determined the combination of strength exercises using by the beginner athletes in their training sessions. The following indicators were investigated to pursue the goal: the number of exercises on one training session; the number of exercises that load one muscle group on the training session; the number of base and isolating exercises on one training session; the training commitment to the development of appropriate muscle groups. It was found in these research results regarding the determination of the overall number of exercises in a separate training session that are used by the bodybilders in the phase of primary training that most athletes use ten or eleven exercises on the training session. Through the use of the survey it was also determined the number of exercises that were used for one muscle group at the particular training session. Athletes used three exercises that has represented 44.2% of bodybuilders. Also, it was determined by means of the experiment the number of base and isolating exercises performing by the beginner bodybuilders. It was found that most of beginner athletes have used three basic and six isolating exercises for the particular muscle group in the training session. Through the use of the method of questionnaire was also determined the development of the muscle groups were given the preference over by the athletes engaged in bodybuilding. It was found that most athletes prefer the development of the pectoral muscles, their number is equivalent to 27.4%.
